Meet The Founders

Where movement meets space, culture, and presence.
Scultòrea is not confined to the digital world — it comes to life in real places, intentionally selected for their energy, atmosphere, and meaning.
FOUNDER

Hi! I'm Denise

Founder of Scultòrea.
A movement practitioner shaped by dance, structure, and the discipline of starting again.
Years of training built discipline, posture, precision, and respect for form. But they also revealed something deeper — movement is not only aesthetic.
It is Structural. Mental. Foundational.
Later, working within the fashion industry, she experienced another rhythm — fast, demanding, constantly shifting.
It was there that the need for structure became essential.
Movement was no longer performance. It became clarity.

My Story

After years away from competitive dance, Denise returned to the body with a different intention.
Not to perform. Not to compete. But to understand.
She trained in movement coaching and nutrition, refining an approach that blended structure, strength, and sensitivity.
The result was not a workout formula. It was a method.
BUILDING SCULTòREA

Scultòrea emerged naturally from this journey.

A system built at the intersection of:
  • the structural intelligence of Pilates
  • the discipline and clarity of boxing
  • the fluid awareness of dance
Each discipline plays a role. Each discipline refines the other.
Scultòrea is not a brand extension. It is the synthesis of lived experience.
PHILOSOPHY

Denise does not believe in pushing against the body. She believes in educating it.

She does not build dependency. She builds autonomy.
Her work is centered on:
  • Posture and alignment
  • Building lasting structural strength
  • Thoughtful, intelligent training
  • Maintaining mental clarity under pressure
The objective isn’t aesthetic perfection — it’s sustainable strength.

Scultòrea reflects Denise’s belief that movement shapes identity.

Through structure, the body gains freedom. Through discipline, the mind gains clarity. And through intention, movement becomes a lifelong practice.
FOUNDER

Hi! I'm Anthony

Boxing Coach at Scultòrea.
A former army serviceman shaped by discipline, precision, and the calm that comes from repetition. Boxing became more than training — it became a language. A way to align body and mind, especially under pressure.
Later, through years of coaching, that same rigor turned into a method: technical, intentional, and quietly demanding — built for people who seek clarity, not chaos.
Technical Precision
We refine fundamentals until they feel effortless — stance, timing, control.
Mental discipline
Not louder. Not harder. Cleaner. Calmer. More present.

My Story

After serving in the army, with specialized training in commando operations, anti-terrorism tactics, and missions during the Afghan War,  Anthony discovered boxing as a way to liberate both body and mind.
With over 10 years of coaching experience, he has worked as a personal trainer and boxing coach for high-end clientele seeking technique, precision, and mental discipline.
Having trained in places like Cuba, Mexico, and New York — and with multiple competitive bouts behind him — his approach blends structure, skill, and composure.
Rooted in rigor. Designed for focus.
THE BOXING PILLAR

Boxing, within Scultòrea, is Structure in Motion.

A discipline built at the intersection of:
  • technique and timing
  • breath and nervous-system control
  • precision under fatigue
  • strength with restraint
This is not performance. It’s education — through repetition, awareness, and intelligent intensity.
PHILOSOPHY

Anthony does not believe in chaos disguised as intensity.

He believes in fundamentals. He does not chase exhaustion. He builds capacity.
His work focuses on:
  • Technical clarity
  • Efficient power and clean mechanics
  • Mental composure under pressure
  • Discipline through repetition
  • Confidence built on control
The goal is not aggression. It is sustainable strength and a quieter mind.

Scultòrea reflects Anthony’s belief that precision creates freedom.

In boxing, discipline is not rigid — it is stabilizing. And when the body learns control, movement becomes a lifelong practice.
