4. User Requirements

By using the website, the user represents and warrants that:

5. Membership Purchase

The Scultòrea membership is presented on the website as a recurring service that can be purchased online via Stripe.

The purchase is completed only after:

  1. the required information has been entered correctly;
  2. payment has been successfully made;
  3. the user has received confirmation of the order/subscription.

Scultòrea reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of obvious errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, or service unavailability.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Scultòrea does not fully store users’ payment card details; such data is processed by the payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Duration, Renewal, and Cancellation

The membership may be recurring, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout:

  • the user may request cancellation of the subscription renewal through the methods made available in their account or in the customer portal;
  • cancellation prevents future charges, while access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period, unless otherwise specified in the selected plan;
  • no automatic refunds are provided for billing periods that have already started, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Right of Withdrawal

If the user purchases as a consumer and the applicable law provides for a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, such right may be exercised within the statutory time limits, except where exclusions apply for digital content or services already started with the user’s express consent.

During checkout, it is advisable to include a specific checkbox through which the user:
