Scultòrea Lab is the experimental training space of the Scultòrea method.

The Lab is designed as an ongoing series of immersive training sessions where movement, technique, and recovery are explored through a structured yet evolving approach. It brings together participants who want to train with intention, deepen their body awareness, and experience the methodology in a focused and collaborative environment.

Each Lab centers around one of the core movement practices within the Scultòrea system, most often Pilates or Boxing, while integrating complementary elements that support physical performance and overall wellbeing.

Sessions combine technical movement work with practices that support balance and recovery, including breathwork, nervous system regulation, and guided recovery protocols. The goal is not only to train the body, but also to cultivate coordination, control, and resilience.

Pilates and dance Labs focus on developing postural strength, fluidity of movement, and refined body control through sequences inspired by classical Pilates and dancer-based movement.

The sessions emphasize alignment, coordination, and deep muscular engagement while encouraging elegance and efficiency in motion.

Boxing Labs explore the technical and athletic dimensions of the sport through focused themes, technical drills, and controlled sparring sessions.

Each session may highlight a specific aspect of boxing  such as timing, footwork, combinations, or defensive strategies  allowing participants to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of the discipline.

Partner work and light sparring create opportunities to apply these elements in a safe, collaborative environment that encourages adaptability, presence, and confidence.
